Victor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and he is a top-producing real estate advisor and business broker in Central Florida where he attended law school at Florida A&M University, College of Law. Victor’s experience in the legal field has given him the unique opportunity to develop key strategic relationships and partnerships throughout the state of Florida.

Victor is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and he is fundamental in the growth of the company’s international investor’s portfolio. As a managing partner of VP Development Enterprises, Victor takes great pride in the company’s ability to foster meaningful longterm relationships with all of their clients and business partners.
